Vinyasa Sol Flow

This is a dynamic and flowing vinyasa class which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility, while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Cleansing while building heat; suitable for every-body that's up for the challenge to move.

Yin + Mini Sound Bath

(Open Level/Beginner Friendly) In this Yin class you we will explore asanas that stretch and target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. This practice is helpful to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Also useful to release energetic blocks and to open up flow of nutrients and energy throughout the body. Regular practice improves and balances energy centers (chakras) for overall well-being of body, mind and spirit. 

The class will end with a 10 minute sound bath.

Gentle Sol Flow

(Open Level/Beginner Friendly) This is a slow paced class perfect for beginners. A gentle, yet powerful practice for self transformation as it eases physical and mental obstacles through mindful movement and breath.

Ashtanga Yoga

This Ashtanga class with Asha Rao is a structured set of sequenced postures which will help you create a strong framework that allows you to focus on the inner limbs of the yoga sutras. Consistency of this practice will help you push through mental blocks, emotional baggage, cultivate mental clarity, mindful breathing, physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. The structure and frequency of the practice is designed to help you quickly improve your body and overall wellness.

Holistic Yoga

Holistic Yoga Practice is a series of Yoga exercises and techniques typically practiced as a morning routine for the well being of the body, mind, emotions and energy.
Regular practice of this holistic yoga is known to reboot your body and mind, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance athletic performance , aid digestion, reduce aches and pains, energize the body, calming the mind and maintain optimal health and wellness and increase health span.

HIIT Yoga Fusion

HIIT Yoga Fusion with Meghan, has all the benefits of yoga – detoxifying and cleansing the system, strengthening the body; all whilst adding cardio into the mix. Class is structured with a combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and slow-flow stretches to relieve any tension.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga

This 60-minute class will work out all the kinks out, while safely focusing on strengthening the muscles all moms need during pregnancy, and after baby arrives. 

The journey to become a mom is magical, and a regular yoga practice not only wipes out daily stress, it also helps you prepare your body and mind for labor and delivery.

Come bond with JC moms-to-be, and relax into your Saturday mornings & Tuesday evenings with a little self-care.

Yin Yang

(Yin/Vinyasa- Open Level) This Yin Yang flow blends two styles of yoga into one practice bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures building. This class will assist you in finding the balance between strength and calmness of body and mind.

Yoga for Anxiety

(Open to All/Beginner Friendly) While a lot of us struggle with anxiety, there is now strong evidence that building a consistent yoga and meditation practice is beneficial in relieving symptoms. Join Caitlyn for this reiki infused class where you'll explore different tools to cope with anxiety including yoga postures, breath-work, and meditation. This practice will help regulate the body’s flow of energy (balance your chakras) and feel a complete sense of body, mind and spirit integration (wholeness).

Energy Sol Flow

Fun yet challenging; Energy Sol Flow with Rachel is a Vinyasa class designed to take you through specific asanas in a way that will help you move energy from specific energy points (chakras) in your physical, emotional and spiritual (auric) body to help you release, ground and find mind & body balance.

Sound Bath Meditation

(No Experience Necessary) This class focuses on slow, deep breathing techniques and meditative postures which end in Savasana (Resting Pose).  

You will experience a calm state of mind and body through the flow of positive energy which will help you align body, mind, and spirit and also refresh/reset your constant state of being present.
